TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fullin.shop (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from FULLIN (“FULLIN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to make a purchase from the Site.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure and for all activity that occurs through your account.

  1. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Colours, lash appearance, size, curl, density, packaging, and other details may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or how the product is applied.

Our self-adhesive lash products are designed to be applied without separate lash glue. Our traditional strip lashes require lash glue unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page. Customers should review the product description and application instructions before purchasing or using a product.

All product descriptions, images, prices, and availability may be changed without notice. We may discontinue a product at any time.

  1. PERSONAL USE AND PRODUCT SAFETY

FULLIN lash products are intended for cosmetic use only. Please follow the instructions provided with the product or displayed on the product page.

Apply and remove lash products carefully. Do not use a product if the packaging appears damaged or if you know that you are sensitive to any of its materials or components.

If irritation, discomfort, redness, swelling, or another reaction occurs, stop using the product immediately. Seek appropriate medical advice if symptoms continue or are severe.

Do not apply products to irritated, injured, infected, or unusually sensitive skin or eyes. Keep products, tools, adhesives, and packaging away from children.

Information on the Site is provided for general product and beauty purposes and is not medical advice.

  1. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation confirms that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• product unavailability;

• incorrect product or pricing information;

• suspected fraud or unauthorized activity;

• payment verification problems;

• an incomplete or invalid shipping address; or

• quantities that appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

  1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market: Canadian dollars (CAD) for Canada and U.S. dollars (USD) for the United States. Confirm the currency and final total at checkout.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. Payments are handled through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout.

We may correct pricing, product, promotional, or other errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

  1. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discounts, promotional codes, gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, product restrictions, and availability.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined. Promotional offers have no cash value and may be changed or ended at any time before an eligible order is placed.

  1. SHIPPING

FULLIN currently ships within Canada and to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, DC). We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy:

Because lash products are personal-use beauty products, change-of-mind returns must meet the hygiene and eligibility conditions stated in the Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its content—including the FULLIN name, logos, product names, photographs, graphics, videos, text, designs, and website layout—are owned by or licensed to FULLIN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, publish, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.

  1. REVIEWS, COMMENTS, AND USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content to us, you confirm that:

• the content is truthful and based on your genuine experience;

• you own the content or have permission to submit it;

• the content does not violate another person’s rights; and

• the content is not unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.

You grant FULLIN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, edit, and share content you voluntarily submit to us for operating, improving, and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our store is hosted by Shopify. The Site may also use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, customer-service, social-media, or other service providers.

Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that FULLIN endorses their content, products, or practices.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Site:

• for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;

• to violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;

• to submit false, misleading, or malicious information;

• to transmit viruses, harmful code, or automated attacks;

• to interfere with the security or operation of the Site;

• to scrape, copy, or collect Site content or customer information without authorization; or

• to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, an account, or another system.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site if these Terms are violated.

  1. AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE

We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical, operational, or business reasons.

  1. DISCLAIMER

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that every product will produce the same appearance or result for every person. Lash appearance and wear may vary depending on eye shape, application technique, skin condition, environment, product care, and individual sensitivity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, condition, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FULLIN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of the Site or products.

Where liability may legally be limited, FULLIN’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

  1. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By placing an order or contacting us electronically, you agree to receive electronic communications relating to your order, delivery, account, return, refund, customer-service request, or other transaction.

Transactional communications are separate from promotional marketing communications.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

  1. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive our right to enforce it later.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the policies linked on the Site, form the agreement between you and FULLIN regarding your use of the Site and your purchases.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not retroactively change completed purchases unless required by law.
