Shipping Policy

FULLIN ships within Canada and the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.). Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are not currently included.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Processing time may be longer during busy periods; if there is a significant delay, we will contact you.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat shipping fee: $9.90 (CAD or USD, based on your location)
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders of CA$30 or more
  • Contiguous United States: Free shipping on orders of US$62 or more

U.S. orders ship from Canada. Delivery is available to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.; Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are excluded.

U.S. Import Duties: FULLIN prepays applicable U.S. import duties for these shipping services. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Available shipping options, rates, and any free shipping offers are shown at checkout before you place your order. The shipping amount displayed at checkout applies to your order.

Approximately 2–10 business days.
Canada to the contiguous U.S.
Approximately 5–10 business days.

Transit time starts when the carrier receives your parcel and is additional to order processing.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Remote destinations, customs and carrier delays may take longer.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email us at fullinca@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.
